Serve

You Can Make A Difference.

Choose To Serve Others.

New Community believes that as people choose to serve, whether in one of our churches, in the local community, or around the world, the impact of that service will change lives—for those serving, for the people they serve, and even for those who see them giving their time to help someone else.

Serve In The Church

At New Community it takes over 100 volunteers to make Sundays happen. Are you willing to help? Our needs are as diverse as the people who attend our services. Find out how you can get involved and serve others in our church community.

Thanks for your interest in serving at New Community!

Serve The World

Our passion at New Community is to change the world by sharing the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. When we begin to care for people around the world and share the amazing news about Jesus, everyone benefits!

New Community’s major outreach is in one of the poorest countries in the world – Sierra Leone, Africa. By answering God’s call to reach out to the poor and share the Good News of Jesus, New Community is Changing the World, not only in our own lives but also in the lives of those in Africa. We call this ministry concept “The Bridge”.

In Africa “The Bridge” has partnered with area leaders to help rebuild community in the surrounding area of Makeni, Sierra Leone. Together, with church & community leaders, we are literally building community! Six churches have been planted and two primary schools have been built which provide jobs for pastors, teachers and staff along with the commitment to educate and feed over 700 children a meal every day in one of the poorest countries in the world.
