Leaders Own The Problem

Jesus said leadership is "not a position of importance" (Mark 10)... like getting elected to an office for power and status. Rather He said leadership is serving others. Part of the problem in our world today is that leaders are quick to blame when problems arise and too quick to take credit when good things happen. Nehemiah does the opposite in his prayer... he models to us how to "own the problem" despite the consequences that may come our way!
